New Release Reporting Form
Today we published a new edition of our release reporting form. Older versions will no longer be accepted.
The new format makes it easier for the licensee to focus on the questions relevant to the release. We have also streamlined the questions, bringing them up to date with current requirements and reducing duplication (particularly around the record of site condition and pipelines). This form allows us to consistently determine the level of review around contamination management while protecting public safety and the environment.
